Plans, budget, and submittals
Send drawings or a narrative. You get a line-item bid, a device layout, and product submittals your architect can review. Design-build or plan-and-spec, either works.

Rough-in
We coordinate boxes, rings, sleeves, conduit stubs, and power locations with the electrical contractor so nothing gets cut open later. Cable is pulled and secured before ceilings close.

Trim-out and certification
Terminations, devices, cameras, readers, and displays go in after paint. Every drop is certified and labeled; every door and camera is tested with the owner watching.

Close-out and handoff
As-builts, test reports, credentials, warranties, and owner training, delivered as one package. Then we stay on as the owner's support contact, so you stop getting the calls.

What to send for a bid
Whatever you have: a plan set, a device count, or a napkin sketch. Helpful if available: floor plans with ceiling types, the door hardware schedule, the owner's camera and phone wish list, and the target dates for rough-in and move-in.
