Businesses were juggling four or five vendors — a cabling contractor, an alarm company, an A/V integrator, a phone provider, and an IT consultant — and when something broke, everyone pointed at everyone else.

Coyote Hill is owner-operated, on purpose. The person who walks your site writes the proposal, pulls the cable, programs the system, and answers the phone afterward. As we grow, that is the standard we hire to.
