Every proposal is itemized, so you can see what each of these costs and what you can cut. Here is what moves the number.
Room size and count
A huddle room needs one display, a soundbar, and a camera. A boardroom needs ceiling mics, multiple cameras, and a control system. Standardizing several rooms lowers the per-room cost.
Displays
Consumer TVs are cheap up front. Commercial displays are rated for all-day use and carry real warranties, which matters for signage and lobbies.
Microphones and cameras
Table mics versus ceiling arrays, single versus multiple cameras, and whether the room needs auto-framing or speaker tracking.
Control
One-touch systems that let anyone run the room cost more than a remote, and are usually worth it.
Cabling and mounting
Concealed cabling, wall backing, and ceiling work. Clean installs with no visible wire take longer than surface-mounted ones.
Common questions
Do you work with Microsoft Teams or Zoom?
Both. We install certified room systems for either platform, and rooms can be set up to join meetings on the other platform as a guest.
Will my staff be able to run the room without a manual?
That is the goal. We design for one-touch join and include training with every project. If a room needs a manual, we did not finish the job.
Can we reuse the TVs we already have?
Often, for conference rooms. For digital signage and lobby displays we recommend commercial displays because they are built to run all day.
How do we update digital signage content?
Through a cloud content manager you can update from any browser, across one screen or every location.
Can paging work with our phone system?
Yes. Overhead paging and zoned audio integrate with VoIP phone systems so anyone can page from a desk phone or app.
Do you offer support after the install?
